Vocabulary - probability: A number between 0 and 1 that measures the likelihood of an event happening.
- outcome: A possible result of an experiment.
- prediction: Something you think will happen such as a specific outcome of an experiment.
- tree diagram: A.) A diagram of all the possible outcomes of an event or series of events or experiments. B.) A diagram of all the possible combinations of two or more objects or events being put together.
- mean: the average of a set of numbers. It is found by adding all the numbers in a set together and then dividing that sum by the quantity of numbers.
- median: the middle value in a set
- mode: the value that occurs the MOST in a set
- range: The difference between the largest and smallest number in a set.
